We are registered to accept payment from all the major childcare voucher providers. Many providers will simply request the centre postcode or registration number to find PGL and process payment; these details can be found below.

To make a payment using the Childcare Grant Scheme (CCG), you will need to have an application in place with a CCG account set-up.
The Government will pay up to 85% of weekly childcare costs, and the scheme will only pay for childcare costs in arrears. Therefore, we will require the full payment up front prior to the holiday and, upon request, a claim and reimbursement will be arranged after the holiday.
Please note that childcare voucher payments can only be accepted for our Kids’ Camps at English centres and cannot be used for others’ children, School, Groups or Family Holidays.
When making an online payment through your provider using childcare vouchers, please ensure that your booking reference and your child’s name are included in your payment details for us to be able to link the payment to your child’s place.

What are childcare vouchers?
Childcare vouchers are a UK government-backed scheme that allows working parents to save on childcare costs by using pre-tax income to pay for registered childcare services. They were designed to help families manage the cost of childcare more affordably.
Who is eligible for childcare vouchers?
Childcare vouchers were available to working parents through their employers. The scheme closed to new applicants on 4 October 2018. If you joined before then and your employer still offers the scheme, you can continue using childcare vouchers as long as you remain eligible.
What can I use childcare vouchers for?
Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for a variety of registered childcare services, including:
- Nurseries
- Childminder
- After-school clubs
- Extra-curricular activities
- School holiday camps like PGL
The provider must be registered with an official regulatory body, such as Ofsted in England, to accept vouchers. They cannot be used for private tutoring or unregistered care services.
How do childcare vouchers work?
Employers offer childcare vouchers through a salary sacrifice scheme, meaning a portion of your pre-tax salary is exchanged for vouchers. This reduces your taxable income, helping you save on childcare costs.
For example, if you earn £30,000 per year and sacrifice £1,000 in childcare vouchers, you only pay tax and National Insurance on £29,000. The vouchers are then used to pay registered childcare providers directly. Many schemes operate online, allowing parents to manage payments easily.
At what age do childcare vouchers stop?
You can use childcare vouchers for children up to the age of 15 (or 16 if they have a disability). As long as your employer continues to offer the scheme and you remain eligible, you can use vouchers for approved childcare providers until your child reaches the cut-off age.
