Book one of our wide array of adventure camps this summer and you’ll get everything included! Once your child is with us, we’ll take care of the rest including:

What types of activities are available at your summer camps in Scotland?
Each day, your child will take part in 4-5 epic activities, such as Raft Building, Abseiling, Climbing and more (we have over 40 amazing activities)!
Dalguise is also home to exclusive activities such as the Tree Climb!

How safe will my child be throughout their time on camp?
Your child is in safe hands at PGL. We go above and beyond to protect the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our care.
Everything we do is built on our five protective pillars:
- Safe People: Colleagues are fully trained, DBS checked, and continually assessed.
- Safe Places: All buildings are risk assessed, we have segmented accommodation, secure perimeters and strict equipment standards.
- Safe Spaces: All-encompassing environments, language inclusivity, and SEND-trained staff.
- Safeguarding: Staff are trained in safeguarding, helping them to spot risks and act quickly.
- Safe Travels: All of our travel partners are vetted to make sure they have safety management systems in place, and we ensure travel is adaptable to the needs of all children.

Our Dalguise camp, located in the heart of Perthshire, is one of our most breathtaking PGL centres, set in a stunning woodland valley beside the River Tay.

Do you cater for various dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for many dietary requirements at our PGL UK activity centres. We are able to deliver catering provision for dietary requirements as specified by culture, religion and medical concerns. We regularly provide meals for a wide variety of needs including coeliac, diabetic, food allergies and vegetarian/vegan. You will be given the opportunity to let us know about your child’s dietary requirements prior to travel. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact a member of the PGL team to discuss these.
Is there evening entertainment available at summer camp?
Absolutely! Our residential summer camps in Scotland wouldn’t be complete without plenty of evening fun. From discos and quizzes to games and campfire treats, there’s always something exciting to look forward to after a day of adventure.
What's the accommodation like?
Sharing a room with new friends is all part of the PGL experience! At our residential summer camps in Scotland, the rooms at Dalguise are clean, warm, and comfortable, with cosy beds and ensuite bathrooms. We offer lodges with ensuite bedrooms for 4-6 children and The Stables, where rooms can sleep 4-10 children, all designed for a restful and enjoyable stay.
Are the camps split by age groups?
Yes! Our overlapping age ranges allow you to choose the best group for your child, ensuring they can socialise with peers of a similar age and enjoy age-appropriate activities. Whether they join our 8-11, 11-13, or 13-16 adventures, each offers the perfect blend of discovery, excitement, and fun.
