Our experienced on-site teams take care of everything, with 24-hour pastoral support running perfectly alongside fun-filled activity instruction. Our team are trained and work to the highest safety standards, and we are regulated and licensed by expert industry bodies including AALA, ALA, ABTA, BAPA and Ofsted. We also work closely with a number of sports National Governing Bodies including British Canoeing who help us train and assess our teams to the highest industry standards.

Activity Instructors
The experts in activities, with an unwavering focus on safety. Where applicable, our instructors hold formal qualifications (e.g. ropes and paddle sports) and where no formal qualification exists, we provide extensive in-house training to ensure we maintain our excellent safety record.
Centre Managers
Unlike some of our competitors, our Centre Managers are employed on permanent contracts. They oversee the centre operations, taking responsibility of the happiness and wellbeing of our guests, and maintaining the very high standards of our activities, teams, facilities and equipment, all year round.
Group Leaders (our famous GROUPIES!)
Our famous ‘Groupies’ are your child’s main point of contact and constant friendly face. These everyday superheroes engage, encourage and energise, keeping everyone organised, making sure everyone is happy and eating well, and ensuring that the fun never stops – all with a beaming smile that kids adore!
