Do children come to camp alone, or should they bring a friend?
Many children travel to our activity centres alone. However, our May half-term camps are highly inclusive and welcoming, making it incredibly easy to make new friends. See our Key Information and FAQs page for more information.
Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
What's the accommodation like?
All young adventurers need a great night’s sleep, and Liddington has four types of cosy accommodation suitable for different age ranges. The main building can accommodate up to six children. Rooms in King Edward’s House sleep 5-8 children, while Ridgeway rooms sleep 4-6 children. Our stable accommodation provides rooms for 4-6 children.
Can I pay with childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare?
Yes, we are registered to accept payment from all the major childcare voucher providers at our English centres, and we also accept payments from the Tax-Free Childcare Scheme. Learn more about how to book with PGL using Childcare Vouchers or the Tax-Free Childcare Scheme).
Are there different May half-term camps for children based on age?
Yes, we have specialist camps designed to cater for different age groups, so children can learn and develop with other children of a similar age. Therefore, if your child is of primary school age, they can join our 8-11 adventures, and your ‘secondary school’ 11-year-old could join our 11-13 May half-term camp.
