Getting your child to and from our centres over the school holiday period couldn’t be easier. If you cannot drop your child or you have chosen a centre that is further afield to easily drive, you may wish to use our PGL escorted train station transfer service. This provides parents and guardians with more travel options and also opens up the opportunity for your child to try a centre that is not on your doorstep, perhaps even try a different type of Kids’ Camp that isn’t available at your closest centre!
All travel is Saturday-Saturday.
If you wish to use any PGL travel service, it must be booked at least seven days prior to departure.

Important information about our travel services
- If you wish to use any PGL travel service, it must be booked at least seven days prior to departure.
- If you cancel travel arrangements within 14 days of travel, please be advised that all fees are forfeited. This needs to be confirmed in writing via email to [email protected].
- We endeavour to keep this page up to date with any changes to travel timings – however sometimes it is out of our control when using third party providers. PGL reserve the right to amend travel timings where necessary.

Days of travel - important information
- Packed lunch – Your child’s first meal will be on the evening of their arrival at our PGL centre, so please provide a packed lunch and/or snacks for the duration of their travel.
- Mobile phone – If your child is travelling along we strongly advise that you ensure they are always contactable with a fully charged mobile phone. Upon arrival at our centres all phones will need to be handed in, following our mobile phone policy.
- Suitable luggage – That can be manoeuvered by your child with ease.
- Passport and GHIC card – For international guests arriving/departing from an airport/Eurostar.
- Flight/Eurostar tickets – For international guests arriving/departing from an airport/Eurostar.
- Train tickets – For guests using PGL’s station transfer service.
- Children will be provided with a wrist band to be worn during their travel, it is essential that they keep this on until they reach their destination.
